Mr. Wray is a 1994 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill  where he received a BA in History and German.   He graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Tulane School of Law in 1998, where he obtained a Certificate in Environmental Law.  At Tulane, Mr. Wray was a member of the Environmental Law Clinic, Appellate Clinic and was a member of the Moot Court Board’s National Environmental Law Appellate Team.  He also served as the Associate Business Editor for the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Wray practiced in New York and Louisiana and is admitted to state and federal courts in New York, Louisiana and Texas as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Wray has experience in all facets of litigation, with an emphasis on federal practice.  His practice areas include admiralty, commercial litigation, environmental, construction, insurance coverage, professional malpractice, and toxic torts.
