Mr.
Clark represents clients in the areas of commercial litigation and
arbitration, insurance coverage, labor and employment, personal injury
defense, and products liability. He is also fluent in Spanish. He is a
graduate of Southern Methodist University (J.D.) and Brigham Young
University (B.A., Global Trade). During law school, Mr. Clark served as
President of the Corporate Law Association, was named Co-Champion of the
On-Campus Mock Trial Competition, and worked as a legal intern in the
Mexico City office of Baker & McKenzie.
Mr. Clark represents clients in a variety
of business and commercial disputes that often involve contracts,
business relationships, fiduciary duties, insurance coverage, and goods
or services.
Mr. Clark also handles labor and employment
matters, including litigation involving non-compete and trade secret
agreements, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage and
hour claims, and employment policies. Because he is bilingual, Mr. Clark
is particularly helpful in situations involving Spanish-speaking
employees.
Mr. Clarkâs clients include businesses and
individuals involved in the marine, energy, insurance, manufacturing,
real estate and technology industries. Mr. Clark is a member of the
State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States
District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
